- Initial Meeting and Signing of the Contract(s).
- Half (1/2) of the total payment is due upon signing of contract unless other arrangements have been made. Please read our Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy prior to meeting.
- Choosing & Purchase of domain name, or transfer of domain name and/or services to our hosting services. (if applicable)
- Discuss possible options and paths the project will head towards.
- Discuss the needs of the web site.
- Discuss a final due date.

General Meetings
These kinds of meetings are oncall meetings. Meetings during the project dates are not included in this definition.
Meetings that occur for the duration of a project are included in the project price and expire on the date the final project is to be handed over to the client.
Meeting(s) Fees include the follow:
- Mileage: Currently is 48.5¢ per mile from place of business to meeting place and back to place of business.
- Hourly: $25 per hour.
Page Coding
- Description: Hand-Coded (8.5" x 11" standard paper size)

Site Maintenance

- Price: $49 per hour (1 hour min per month)
