NO IRC bots, spam or unsolicited email.

Absolutely NO attempting to interfere with other networks, hosts or clients by any means.

Absolutely NO scanning, vulnerability testing or attempts to breach the security of any systems.

By signing up for our services , using our services and every time you login to your account you are agreeing to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms then you may not use our services.

If you do not agree and abide by these terms BlackPort Design, LLC's contractual obligation to you is null and void.

You will also be subject to prosecution in court for breaking any local, state or federal laws.

If any of these terms and conditions are broken you will be in breach of contract hence BlackPort Design, LLC's contractual agreement to provide you with service is henceforth null and void.

In such a situation of breach of contract BlackPort Design, LLC may withhold any kind of refund or reimbursement for paid for service.
